Odoo Modules and Services — DS AMCS
Version effective as of June 1, 2026
1Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all commercial relations between AMCS (hereinafter "the Provider") and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer") purchasing an Odoo module, service credits or any service related to AMCS solutions.
Services include the provision of Odoo modules, data extraction and processing services (OCR, automation, etc.), as well as associated support, maintenance and assistance services.
2Description of Services
2.1 Odoo Modules
Odoo modules are provided as source or compiled code, ready to be installed on the Customer's Odoo instance. Each module comes with its technical and functional documentation. Updates and patches are provided according to the terms of the subscribed offer.
2.2 Service credits (OCR, API, etc.)
Certain services (OCR extraction, API calls, etc.) operate on a credit system. Each operation consumes a defined number of credits, as communicated at the time of purchase. The credit balance is managed via the IAP account associated with the Customer's Odoo instance.
2.3 Acquisition and Validity
Modules and credits are purchased directly from the Odoo interface or via the AMCS web portal (amcs.tn). Any purchase constitutes full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs. Purchased credits are valid without time limit, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. They are linked to the Customer's account and are neither transferable nor assignable to a third party.
3No Refund Policy
Any purchase of a module or service credits is final and irrevocable. In accordance with the nature of digital goods (code, license, immediately executable content), no refund will be granted after payment confirmation, whether or not the product has been used.
This policy applies in particular in the following cases:
Module or credits purchased but not yet used;
Partially consumed credits;
Order error on the part of the Customer;
Change of ERP provider or Odoo instance;
Subjective dissatisfaction with the module features or service results.
⚠ No refund policy
The Customer acknowledges having been informed of this policy before any purchase.
4Technical Support
4.1 Included support
The purchase of a module or service credits entitles access to AMCS technical support by email at support@amcs.tn. The scope of support is defined according to the subscribed offer and may include:
- Assistance with module installation and configuration;
- Diagnosis of technical incidents related to the module or service;
- Help with setup and integration in the Customer's Odoo environment.
4.2 Support limitation
Technical support is linked to holding an active license or a positive credit balance. In the absence of a license or credits, the right to support is automatically suspended, without notice, until the next subscription or top-up.
4.3 Response times
AMCS undertakes to respond to support requests within an indicative period of 2 business days. This deadline does not constitute a contractual guarantee of resolution.
4.4 Support exclusions
The following are not covered by technical support:
- Issues related to the Customer's Odoo infrastructure (server, database, network);
- Developments or customizations carried out by third parties;
- End-user training beyond the provided documentation;
- Requests sent in the absence of an active license or credits.
5No Guarantee of Results
AMCS implements all available technical means to ensure the quality and conformity of its modules and services. However, given the diversity of Odoo environments and configurations specific to each Customer, AMCS does not guarantee:
Absolute compatibility with all Odoo versions and configurations;
Total absence of anomalies in usage contexts not covered by testing;
A 100% recognition or processing rate for AI-based services (OCR, etc.).
The Customer is responsible for verifying and validating processed data before any final use in Odoo. Integrated feedback mechanisms allow progressive improvement of processing quality over validations.
6Service Availability
For online services (OCR, API, etc.), AMCS undertakes to maintain service accessibility with a 99% availability target on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure reasons. No compensation shall be due in case of momentary service interruption.
7Confidentiality and Data
Customer data and documents processed in the context of AMCS services are transmitted encrypted and hosted on secure servers. AMCS undertakes to:
Not disclose Customer data to unauthorized third parties;
Use feedback data (corrections, configurations) solely for the improvement of the concerned Customer's services;
Implement appropriate security measures to protect processed data.
8Modification of T&Cs
AMCS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the amcs.tn website. The Customer will be notified by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after notification shall constitute acceptance of the new T&Cs.
9Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are subject to Tunisian law. In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis.
10Acceptance
The purchase of an Odoo module, service credits or use of an AMCS service constitutes full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
